You can fill in our online quote request form or call in and talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives. They will either give you a quote directly or submit your request to our estimating department. Once your quote is completed we will send it to you via email.
It depends on the type and size of your job. Normally we have a 2-3 day turnaround, however if the job is a large run then we would request a 3-5 day turnaround.
We begin the process by meeting and getting a feel for who you are and what you are looking for and from there we put together a concept and a design based on your vision. We can take your ideas, images, photographs, text and make them come to life in the format you are looking to achieve.
Typically in a creative workflow, there is an initial interview, an initial proof sent to the client, client revisions made and revised proofs sent back until approved artwork is signed off on then creative is set up for printing.
We are equipped to work with many varying formats, just upload your files to our FTP site or send us a WeTransfer, use Dropbox, etc. Also if you have a Hi Res PDF, depending on the size you can email us your files.
It’s very rare but sometimes the files can change slightly when we convert them to make them print ready. We run a hard copy proof or send a PDF for final approval just to make sure it’s exactly the same.
No, colours can change because of the calibrations and the fact that monitors have additive light as opposed to subtractive. If your colour is critical for your finished piece it is always good to have a final hardcopy proof so you can see how it will look when it comes off the press.
We have many paper swatches here at Wellington, you can come in any time and speak with a CSR and go through the many options. We will also make suggestions based on the style of work you are doing. i.e. letterhead vs a poster.
We can produce any size banner you require, however the cost varies depending on the size.
Pantone colours refer to the Pantone Matching System (PMS), a colour matching system used by the printing industry which gives colours identification numbers so they can be referred to as a special colour, this is good if you have a brand colour or reoccurring colour that needs to be reused on various pieces.
